BlueTalon, a leading provider of data-centric security for Hadoop, SQL and big data environments, announced that it has expanded its product integration with Microsoft Azure HDInsight to enable on-demand onboarding from the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. The ability to onboard rapidly, removes a critical roadblock to cloud-based Apache Hadoop adoption. Customers are now able to benefit from BlueTalon’s role-based authorization, dynamic masking and data access auditing on Azure HDInsight in a matter of minutes.

The BlueTalon data-centric security solution is available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace in two flavors:
- As a pre-configured Solution Template that comes with default parameters and automatically deploys BlueTalon on an HDInsight cluster. This enables users to be up and running in a matter of minutes.
- As a configurable Virtual Machine for enforcing consistent security policies across multiple HDInsight clusters.
