Our friends over at Datameer just released a fascinating new infographic focusing on how crucial big data analytics is to brands. By tuning into the customers’ journeys using analytics, brands are able to learn what motivates their customers, and how they can optimize their strategy to best reach their customers and ultimately increase loyalty.

The graphic includes two case studies of businesses – a credit card company and an online gaming company – to show the value and outcome of tapping into the power of Big Data. In the instance of the credit card company, analyzing their Big Data analytics allowed for 25% higher conversion and $3.5 million savings in yearly digital ad spend.
