UK based RAVN Systems, experts in artificial intelligence, enterprise search, unstructured big data analytics and knowledge management solutions, announced the launch of an online portal for their implementation of a RAVN ACE Contract Robot allowing clients to automatically extract key pieces of information from Title Deeds.
RAVN’s Contract Robots are powered by RAVN ACE, a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solution which automatically reads, interprets and extracts specific information from documents. It converts unstructured data into structured output in a fraction of the time it takes using traditional manual effort – and with a higher degree of accuracy. The online portal puts the client firmly in control of uploading documents and receiving the desired output.
This particular “Do-it-yourself” online implementation of RAVN ACE is configured to handle Title Deeds, although that is just one of a virtually unlimited set of document types supported by RAVN ACE to drive efficiencies in other areas (Due Diligence, contract review, etc.). Other examples include financial documents (facility agreements, mortgages, ISDA/CSAs), leases in various forms and commercial contracts.
